PriceHubble launches its Model Context Protocol (MCP) offering today. It ensures AI agents deliver reliable property insights, unlocking practical, production-grade use cases for estate agents, lenders, and property portals.
Ensuring reliable AI property and market insights
MCPs provide AI assistants, such as chatbots or enterprise copilots, with structured, verifiable, and auditable access to curated property information. This allows them to fetch accurate, data-driven answers instead of relying on guesswork.
“AI assistants are changing how estate agents, bankers, and property owners interact with information,” says Loeiz Bourdic, Chief Product Officer at PriceHubble. “Until now, these agents often operated without trusted, high-quality data. MCPs change this by giving AI assistants controlled access to curated property intelligence, ensuring they reason with facts rather than assumptions.”
Unlike APIs that connect applications, MCPs define the context, permissions, and structured data an AI assistant can use. They enable enterprises to deploy agents that can query listings, valuations, transactions, or market trends in a consistent and governed manner.
Mario Úbeda Garcia, Chief Technology Officer at PriceHubble, adds: “MCPs enable the conversational intelligence of LLMs to operate safely over enterprise-grade data and systems. They enable production-ready agent experiences aligned with ISO 27001, GDPR, and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, among others, helping banks, investors, and property professionals make compliant and reliable decisions.”
New use cases and high impact for the industry
By grounding AI in trustworthy, structured data, MCPs allow real estate and financial organisations to automate high-volume customer interactions confidently and at scale.
Mark Cunningham, Managing Director of PriceHubble UK, explains: “Reliable automation starts with reliable data. MCPs ensure AI systems operate with the level of accuracy and governance standards expected by industry experts.”
The result: faster responses, better guidance, regulation-compliant decisions and fewer missed opportunities.
