We’re dedicated to providing our customers with actionable and valuable data to support their decision-making processes. That's why we are thrilled to announce the release of the upgraded version of Socioeconomics. This post delves into the key enhancements made –– read on to find out more.
Socioeconomics: transforming raw data into actionable insights
This update is another step towards turning raw data into actionable insights that you can use to support decision making or inform buyers about trends in neighbourhoods they’re looking to buy in. That’s because we understand that data alone isn’t enough; it needs to be presented in a meaningful and digestible manner so that you can extract the info you need quickly.
What’s new?
Socioeconomics can still be found in the side-bar. Simply click on the Socioeconomics button and check it out. Nice right?
It’s been completely redesigned. We’ve gone full-screen so that you get a proper overview. That means, there’s no longer a map within the socioeconomics section, but don’t worry, your map is still available in the dossier overview.

We’ve also moved away from tabs, all graphs are now available on one “page” ––– simply scroll down to see the graphs you’re interested in. Navigation is now seamless and effortless.

Enhanced Data Organization: we’ve regrouped, removed, and transformed the data to simplify the information displayed. We’ve re-visualised data in order to make it easier to see things like distribution, proportions, ratios, draw correlations and spot trends. Take property type for example, seeing the proportion of apartments to houses is much easier to see on a pie chart. Plus, we’ve highlighted the data in a many of the graphs showing changes or variation over 5 years to make YOY comparison easier.

We’ve added in the data source so that you know exactly where the information you are looking at came from, including the year so you know how recent it is.

All PDF reports support the new Socioeconomics graphs — remember to include them upon export.
Rolled out to Czechia
As part of our continuous efforts to enable our customers to leverage the most comprehensive real estate insights, we are excited to introduce Socioeconomics for the Czechia for the first time.

We’ve made it possible for you to customise colours of key visuals within Socioeconomics so that your branded collaterals can be… on brand. Interested in finding out more about how you can do this in your organisation? Reach out to your customer success manager for more info.
First a colossal update to Market Trends, and now Socioeconomics and more on the way! Keep an eye out on our blog as all new updates will be communicated there.
Don’t forget to let us know what you think, your feedback is valuable and we’d love to hear it!
