We’ve given Market Trends a new look! Plus, it’s been moved out of comparables to the side bar so that you have quick access to even more amazing insights. More comprehensive data; delivered in re-styled, redesigned, info-rich graphs –– offering you the valuable insights you need, in an easy to consume way.

We recently released an overhauled Market Trends for Property Advisor –– since then we worked tirelessly to bring the amazing update to our other PriceHubble products. So this update was only a matter of time. We are super excited to bring the brand-new, stunning Market Trends module to Building Analyser, now all our users have access to more analytical data, more graphs, and better visualisations.

More accessible

The first big change is that the new Market Trends is no longer located under Comparables, it is located in the sidebar. You’ll notice a new Market tab in the sidebar, simply click to access. This move is aimed to make the insights you are interested in analysing easier to find. For now, you can still access the “old Market Trends” in Comparables.

More graphs, more insights

We’ve added six more graphs to the fold! A few that we are most excited about include:

  • Energy label per number of listings, average value per energy label, days on the market per energy label and approximate yield per energy label.

  • Approximate yield by living area, energy label and by number of rooms.

Note: energy label graphs and filters are currently only available in regions where the energy label feature has already been released: Germany, Belgium and France. If it’s not available for you yet, don’t despair, we are working on rolling this out to other regions in due time.

Massive redesign

All distribution graphs have had a stunning retouch making it easy for you to see, at-a-glance, the dynamics of the market you’re analysing. What’s more, we’ve also added additional insights to make your analysis richer including: the total amount of properties analysed, the median value, last years insights for comparison, and highlighted the best performing indicator. For some graphs, we also provide supplementary data on the 10%.

More Market Trends Specific Filters

We’ve added a host of filters aimed at helping you refine and streamline your research. Widen your net by searching in neighbouring areas or look for insights across an entire city. Drill down into the details by looking at a specific postal code. Switch between searching for insights about the rental or sale market. Filter by energy label to show only properties with a certain score.

A total list of filters include:

  1. Last update

  2. Property layout

  3. Net living area m2

  4. Location

  5. Property type

  6. Real estate type

  7. Energy label

  8. Offerer type

On top of that, for a couple of graphs including the listing price evolution, we offer a toggle directly on the graph that will enable you to easily switch between seeing the values showing price/m2 or the total price.

Deprecation is planned, but not yet

In future, once the new Market Trends becomes the Market Trends, we will remove the old version from our product. For now, you can still access both the old and the new Market Trends.

Market Trends for Building is a work-in-progress

We’ve released Market Trends in Beta. Beta means that we feel that its ready for you to test out and get a feeling for but we are still working on it. In the coming weeks, expect to see Market Trends continuously improve and gain additional functionality. So don’t forget to give us your feedback and let us know what you think! That concludes our update, don’t forget to keep an eye out on social media and our blog as all exciting product updates will be released there!
