The influence of Parisian parks on property prices

In a joint study published in August 2019, PriceHubble partnered with Proprioo, the new generation real estate agency, to study in depth the impact of Parisian parks on surrounding real estate properties.
To conduct this study, all of the Parisian parks were analyzed to determine those that had the greatest impact on prices. The study, which compares the prices per square meter by district for the month of June 2019, was made possible in particular by the publication last April of the DVF database by Bercy, listing the data of all real estate transactions in the past five years in France. PriceHubble was able to integrate this real estate data to refine its valuation algorithm and its interactive real estate price map.
Four Parisian parks were clearly distinguished from the others by their more than significant influence on the prices of properties in direct proximity:
Montsouris Park: + 28% per square meter
Buttes Chaumont : +28% du prix du m²
Jardin du Luxembourg: +27% du prix du m²
Park Monceau: +19% du prix du m²
