PriceHubble launches its Model Context Protocol (MCP) offering today. It ensures AI agents deliver reliable property insights, transforming how real estate professionals and financial institutions access and act on property data.
MCPs provide AI assistants, such as chatbots or enterprise copilots, with structured, verifiable, and auditable access to curated property information. This allows them to fetch accurate, data-driven answers instead of guessing.

MCPs change this by giving AI assistants controlled access to curated property intelligence, ensuring they reason with facts rather than assumptions.”
Unlike APIs that connect applications, MCPs define the context, permissions, and structured data an AI assistant can use. They allow enterprises to deploy agents that can query listings, valuations, transactions, or market trends in a consistent, governed way.
