PriceHubble’s country-wide cladding dataset offers reliable, actionable and regularly updated data. It provides insights into the cladding status of each high-rise, mid-rise and multi-dwelling unit (MDU), as well as individual residential dwellings within the UK. Properties are categorised according to the RICS External Wall System 1 (EWS1) classification into green (no cladding), amber (potential cladding, inspection recommended), and red (confirmed cladding), ensuring clarity and precision in assessing risk levels. In addition to the cladding status, the following is supplied where available: the date on which the EWS1 was signed, the EWS1 classification (A1, A2, A3, B1 or B2) as well as any expert notes or covering letter provided by the RICS surveyors pertaining to each inspection.
