The award is supported by the European Commission aiming to “reward startups helping to support a sustainable European PropTech market and to create a positive impact on the European living environment and beyond.” The major criteria, every startup was judged on are Innovation/Technology, Business Model, Customer Value Proposition, Scalability and Market Reach, Social Clauses such as social inclusion and the European Dimension which summarizes the participation in European funded projects, partnerships or agreements with other European partners.
