This year marks the tenth edition of the Swiss Real Estate Awards. A jury of experts nominated the finalists from all the entries in the categories of management, marketing, project development, reconstruction/conversion and in the new category of real estate/construction-digital. Based on criteria such as vision, strategy, pioneering spirit, originality, scalability and special service, the jury nominated three projects per category for the Real Estate Award 2021.

In the real estate/construction-digital category, PriceHubble is in the running with its Property Tracker, along with SBB (Smart City Lab Basel) and SV Group AG (Stay KooooK).

The public will decide who wins the award on 21 June 2021 in a public vote that will run from 1 May to 15 June.
