We track public ESG commitments across our vendor base, with the majority of our IT vendors already publicly committed to ESG, and aim to broaden ESG visibility across our wider supplier base over time.

How we govern this
Our ESG action plan is jointly led by our COO (social and people topics) and CTO (governance, technology, and the environmental impact of our digital infrastructure). We track key ESG metrics annually, benchmark performance against industry peers, and maintain a continuous-improvement roadmap.
