Well, a Property Page is an elegantly designed web page that‘s created from a dossier of any property, or rather, it transforms your standard property report into a landing page optimised for prospective clients.

Property Pages offer you the power of PriceHubble (accurate property valuations, transactions, comparables, market data) IN a format that your prospects are used to consuming information –– short, snappy and visual with the most important insights highlighted first. What’s more, Property Pages are set to be key marketing collateral for you –– which is why it was paramount for us to add customisation options, Call-To-Actions and ample branding opportunities.

Getting started with Property Pages

After creating a dossier, click share. Then you’ll get to choose between Full Dossier (This was previously called “Share via Permalink”) or Property Pages. Select Property Page.

Next, set your limits on the lifespan of your Property Page. This step ensures that the information in the report is only available while remaining valid and relevant for your customers.

Once that’s done, a unique link is generated. This is the link you will share with your customers and prospects. Copy the link and add it to your next email, SMS, WhatsApp or social media post.

And here it is! Your completed Property Page!

Once your customer clicks that link, they’ll open up a webpage that offers key information about their property, such as an overview, comparables, market trends, planned local projects and amenities.You’ll notice that each of these sections corresponds to similar sections in Property Advisor.

To the left, you’ll find a sidebar containing a menu. The menu also contains a list of sections These are jump clicks, and they offer an easy way to navigate quickly to areas of interest.

Overview is where you will see the all-important sale price projection of the property along with the price/m2 along with an interactive map and Google Street View of the property‘s location.

Comparables give an overview of comparable offers on the market. If you have selected filters within your dossier that refine the list of comparable offers, offers in your Property Page will match those filters automatically. Each comparable offer can be clicked and expanded to show more detailed information. This means you can show the properties that suit the narrative you want to deliver for individual customers and avoid showing similar properties sold by your competitors.

Market trends display easy-to-understand graphs. These graphs include sale price trends over the last two years, the average price/m2 as well as the days on the market.

Projects present a list of locally planned projects. Viewers can click on each project thumbnail image to get more information.

Amenities offer contextual information, i.e. POIs (schools, restaurants, leisure facilities and more).

Add your branding using profile photos, email addresses and a growing array of customisations such as editable link preview text.

Contact Us Property Pages will trigger action from your prospects and customers inspired to reach out to you immediately and directly from the actual page using the prominent Contact Us button at the top of the web page.

Customise, brand and edit Property Pages to suit your needs

Make Property Pages your own through customisation. Each property page displays your professional information, including your name, contact details, and a profile photo. Your profile photo will be taken from your PriceHubble account settings. In addition to that, you can also add your business logo, if you have added your logo to your organisation. If you don't have a photo uploaded then the default one will be added.

Each Property Page has a prominent call-to-action, ensuring your customers have a clear opportunity to get in touch for more information. Clicking the “Contact us” button opens the viewer's default mail client with your email address pre-filled as the recipient. All your client needs to do is type a message and send it. Boom! It couldn’t be easier to get in touch.

What can I customise about my Property Page?

You can customise your personal information using a profile photo, company logo and email address.

Can I change the order of information on my Property Page?

At this stage, no, but this is high on our list of future improvements.

Will my photos be added to my Property Page?

If you have uploaded photos to your dossier, they will be visible front and centre at the top of your Property Page.

I’ve filtered my Comparables so that the most relevant ones show, will they be illustrated on my property page?

Absolutely, if you have filtered your Comparable offers they will be displayed on your Property Page as you require them.

Will you be adding more customisation options in future?

Remember, this release is only the beginning of a bigger story, i.e. we will be continuously updating, improving and developing this functionality because our vision for Property Pages is big. We see Property Pages incorporating tracking so that you can track how your customers interact with the page once they visit it, e.g. know which offers they’re interested in from their clicks so that you can respond accordingly. We see Property Pages integrating seamlessly into Lead Generator to provide you with a full-circle overview of a property from the first valuation to the offer to the eventual transaction. We see Property Pages deeply integrated into your website, complete with full customisation options down to the font choice and the direction of the gradient in your colour scheme. We see them being key to your Search Engine Optimisation or SEO and brand awareness efforts because they will be deeply integrated into the entire PriceHubble suite.
