New in the Netherlands: Building year, floor size and energy label pre-filled automatically in PriceHubble dossiers
Published by Tarryn Abrahams - 18 August 2022
PriceHubble users in the Netherlands will have an easier (and quicker) time creating dossiers from now on; why? Because, after inputting only an address –– they’ll get the building year, floor size and energy label filled out automatically. This is a significant move towards our goal of ensuring that our product’s usability is second-to-none whilst simultaneously giving our customers access and ways to use the most accurate and robust set of property data on the European market.
How does it work?
The good news is that you don’t have to do much to access and use this amazing feature. Design-wise, all that’s changed is an update to the address input field within the dossier creation section (check out the new Unit # field).
To use this feature, simply type in the address you’d like to create a report for as you’d normally do.
Once that’s done, you’ll notice a blue dialog box popping up with good news - we’ve pre-filled the information in your dossier!
Pre-filled fields are highlighted in yellow and can be overwritten if need be.
Pro tip: If you haven’t already, read our last blog post that covered our launch of energy-sensitive valuations. It gives a great overview of our path towards becoming Europe’s leading provider of energy information within the real estate sector.
This feature is available in the Netherlands only, but we plan to roll it out to other regions as soon as possible so that all PriceHubble users will benefit from great usability and increased efficiency. On top of that, our extensive coverage means that almost all addresses in the Netherlands can get this important property information prefilled automatically! So, if you don’t have an account with us yet, it might be time to contact us…
Where will this be released next?
Here’s a clue: the Eiffel Tower is a tourist attraction in this country 😉.

We’ve added a couple of fantastic new features to Property Advisor, including Sale & Rent dossiers, Attachments, Energy Labels to comparables and more. Chances are you’ve seen them already! If not, read on to find out more.
