Inside PriceHubble: Meet Vincent, Senior Key Account Manager

Hello Vincent! To kick things off, could you introduce yourself and tell us a bit about yourself?

Hello PriceHubble! My name is Vincent, I am 34 years old and I live in the Paris area. I have rather an unusual backstory. After graduating from my business school, I dedicated myself to my passion, the world of catering, and worked as a baker for four years. After that, I shifted to specialising in B2B tools and digital solutions for real estate agents. And this is what I have been doing for six years now. 

Apart from my professional life (or alongside it, depending on how you see things), I am a travel enthusiast. I lived in Brazil for a year and spent three months on the West Coast of the United States. I have also visited wonderful countries including Argentina, Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia. Overall, I love nature. To help me unwind, I love to go surfing and hiking whenever I can.

What is your life and work like at PriceHubble?

I joined PriceHubble in 2020 – right in the middle of the first lockdown in France! 

I am a Senior Key Account Manager in the Paris Sales team and in charge of partnerships, while also dealing with large networks of real estate and freelance agents. My contacts are varied and spread out all over France. Each has their own challenges and specific issues. I propose our solutions to them and show the added value that our tools can bring to their day-to-day tasks, especially for securing contracts. 

What is my typical day? Well, I make lots of calls and participate in video conferences in order to showcase our products. It is really intense, yet it is something that I really love doing. I have a lot of in-house interactions with my other Sales colleagues, such as the customer success managers and the sales development representatives, as well as with top management. 

I work in an eight-person team which continues to grow. We are always on the lookout for new talents (just saying, in case you are interested ;D). 

What do you enjoy the most about your work here with us?

The first thing that struck me when I arrived at PriceHubble was the synergy between the various teams (tech, product, marketing, communication) as well as the horizontal nature of the relationships. There is a real “PriceHubble spirit”. It is an organic organisation where everyone talks to one another very easily, enabling interactions between colleagues and departments. Business activities are not compartmentalised in any way, allowing us to be flexible and to move things forward quickly. 

We also have a lot of autonomy in our organisation: the result is all that counts. The team’s many personalities complement one another (in terms of skills, experience and product vision), and everyone contributes to the project. There is trust: we have complete freedom to take initiatives. And there is a real sense of kindness at the company (both from the management and the other teams). It is this kindness, the mutual support that is there whenever we need it and this “team spirit” that all get me out of bed in the morning and enable me to push forward ten times faster. 

This type of management makes it possible to forge deep bonds with colleagues quickly. I have been able to build up some wonderful relationships (and despite Covid-19 and the compulsory working from home, that really says something). Everything is done to make you feel good. You are surrounded by positive people who want everyone to progress. In addition, the state-of-the-art collaborative tools available to us allow everyone to work remotely, in the best possible conditions.

Why would you recommend that other talents join the PriceHubble Sales team?

First of all, for all the above-mentioned reasons. 

I also think that PriceHubble provides the perfect setting for someone wanting to move forward, to discover the world of real estate using cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning and big data.
